A Kebab Factory Trip

We are in search for a mediterranean cuisine, as we walk in Megamall 2nd level Aetrium, the Kebab Factory caught our attention. As we enter the place, none of the people inside approach us to show us the table, but nevertheless we found our table ourselves. We sat there for almost fifteen minutes and no one approach us to get our orders. A total of two tables was occupied by the customers including us, bad customer service. Finally a woman approach us, not to take our orders but to tell us to wait for a moment. As we wait for this girl to take our order we observed that the lady is not only the waiter, she is also the cashier and the janitor (yes she is mapping the floor). I think that is why we waited that much. There are a shortage of people that time. Finally she came to take our orders, after two years.
We ordered indian tea, lamb tandoori and shawarma, hmm look tasty.
We are intrigue by the Indian tea taste. It is served hot but feels cool inside our mouth. Next to arrived is the shawarma, the shawarma is wrapped in a nice fita bread. Inside, the beef seems juicy and the vegetables are fresh. The beef, yogurt, fita bread and vegetables combination are very delicious. the last to arrive is the lamb tandoori. As we slice the meat we can see its juice pouring in the plate. The lamb taste was nice, it has a strong flavor and aroma.
Overall the Kebab Factory trip was great, if you like to experience mediterranean try Kebab Factory at 2nd level SM Megamall Aetrium.
