PLDT MyDSL Plan Xperience

I am currently using PLDT MyDSL as my internet provider. I’ve been using PLDT for almost 3 years now, and i’m under the PLDT MyDSL Xperience Plan 999. Now they upgraded their speed to 1Mbps, a really noticeable upgrade. It really change my internet browsing experience when they upgaded the PLDT MyDSL Xperience from 512kbps to 1Mbps. Now watching video on youtube is a breeze, no freezing and no waiting for me just smooth clear video feed.
 I measured my speed using third party dsl speed tester, www.speedtest.net and this were the results. Dowload speed also got better, now i can download files faster which can save me time and electricity. A truly great service and upgrade made by the PLDT, and I have no reason to let go of their service, well if there is a plan out there that will match PLDT MyDSL performance maybe I will reconsider.
 Now let’s talk about their customer support hotline 171. For my personal opinion, there are some inconsistency with their agents regarding customer orientation. Sometimes when I called their customer support I felt important to them, and they really talk me about that they are doing the best they can. But some of my calls are not always pleasant, since they always talk me on rebooting the modem eventhough I’ve told them that I’ve done that a couple of times already. But nevertheless they get the job done even sometime its slow (I never really notice their slowness since once in a blue moon lang yata magkaroon ng problem ang DSL ko) and for me that is a great thing.
So overall PLDT MyDSL is nine stars out of ten stars for me. I am a very satisfied with their services.

wow sana umabot din eto sa green valley sa Baguio we’ve been searching for any available Internet provider in our place but until now wala parin kahit smart bro wala ding peer point kaka disappoint!!
